With the third day of shows about to start, we joined designer Songzio in his Seoul studio to learn more about the city’s fashion, and how the industry has changed since the brand’s launch in 1993.

‘When I was 16 or 18 we used to go to these small clubs in Belgium. The highest ‘wave’ of New Wave was over, but we were still listening to that music in those dark little clubs’, says Belgian designer Kris Van Assche in the AW16 print issue of Something About. Inspired by the night time adventures of Dior Homme’s Creative Director, we shot the Parisian brand’s lauded AW16 collection in the small hours of the day; the morning after clubs have closed and parties are all but hazy memories.

After collaborations with Kim Jones and Olivier Rousteing, both of Parisian fashion houses Louis Vuitton and Balmain respectively, Oregon based sportswear alchemist Nike is launching The Nike VaporMax for COMME des GARÇONS. Premiered at the iconic Japanese fashion house’s COMME des GARÇONS Spring 2017 Paris Fashion Week show, the COMME des GARÇONS trainers will officially be available from early 2017.
